According to CEC Head Ella Pamfilova, with 95.18% of the protocols processed, the United Russia party has secured 57.83% of the vote on party lists and is winning in 208 single-mandate constituencies.
The CPRF (Communist Party) follows with 13.81% and leads in 5 single-mandate constituencies. The LDPR holds 8.98% (2 constituencies), and the New People party has 7.96% (no single-mandate victories yet). A Just Russia has currently secured 4.96% on party lists, falling just short of the threshold, but is winning in 4 single-mandate constituencies.
Following the elections, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, warmly congratulating him on the successful elections to the State Duma. The Uzbek leader noted that the elections clearly demonstrated the high political culture and civic consolidation of Russian society. He stated that the record turnout and voting results are evidence of the unconditional support by Russian citizens for the strategic course led by President Putin. President Mirziyoyev also highlighted the unprecedentedly high dynamics of strategic partnership between the two countries, emphasizing the special role of inter-parliamentary cooperation in implementing bilateral projects.
