Terms of Use

This Agreement governs the relationship between Asosiy Aktiv (hereinafter — the “Administration”) and the user of the site. Use of the Site means acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

Site — the internet resource Asosiy Aktiv. User — a person who uses the Site. Content — materials posted on the Site.

2. Registration and account

• the user provides accurate data and is responsible for keeping their password safe;
• by registering, the user consents to the processing of personal data (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Rules of conduct

It is prohibited to post materials that violate the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including: extremist or pornographic materials, materials insulting honour and dignity, inciting enmity, unreliable and misleading materials, and materials infringing the rights of third parties and copyright.

4. User content (comments, materials)

• the user bears responsibility for the content they post;
• the Administration has the right to moderate, reject and delete content that violates the rules;
• user materials are subject to pre-moderation.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's materials are protected by law. Copying is permitted with a reference to the source, unless otherwise specified.

6. Age restriction

Recommended age rating: 18+.

7. Liability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. The Administration has the right to change the terms by publishing a new version on this page.
